Hold and behold! There's a new show in town!
I am so excited to be celebrating Earth Day and National Canadian Film Day 2020 with the launch of a new series called The Sustainable Act with Smiely Khurana!
Each episode will explore a subject connected to perseverance of oneself, the planet and our careers. The first episode is dropping tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22, 2020, on the special day!
With everyone at home safely isolating or front line workers tirelessly putting themselves out there each day during a global pandemic, I hope to bring some light into your lives and have entertaining, but mindful discussions on topics that are really important.
The first episode, which will be focusing on how you can go sustainable on a low budget film set, will feature some special industry guests. It will be released on my website here and on Youtube. Stay tuned!
I am so excited for all of you to be a part of this journey! I'm still navigating the whole process of starting a new series and will be trial and error-ing as we progress, but in the meantime I would love your support!
